Winter Discount Contest
Terms & conditions.
By entering this contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
a. The contest is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
b. Entrants must either currently own their home or be in contact to purchase a home at the time of the drawing.
c. Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of Common Projetks are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
a. The contest begins on Feb. 15th 2025 and ends on March 1st 2025 (the “Contest Period”).
b. Only the first 100 individuals to follow our Instagram account @commonprojekts during the Contest Period will be entered into the drawing.
3. Entry Conditions
a. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter this contest.
b. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize Description
a. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from among the eligible entries to receive an offer of $5,000 towards the cost of a custom kitchen design and build.
b. The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of the drawing.
c. The offer is subject to a minimum project budget of $50,000, with an average total cost of approximately $100,000 for a small project. This total cost includes, but is not limited to, millwork, demolition and removal of the existing kitchen, necessary plumbing and electrical hookups, installation of millwork, countertop, fixtures, and appliances.
d. The custom kitchen design must align with the ‘Common Projekts’ design language. Substantial deviation may render the prize void.
5. Prize Redemption
a. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within [3] days of the drawing.
b. The winner must respond within [7] days and provide any required documentation to verify eligibility and compliance with the prize conditions.
c. Failure to respond or comply with the stated conditions within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. Conditions and Disqualification
a. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
b. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
c. Common Projekts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
d. Any attempt by an entrant to tamper with the entry process, circumvent the rules, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate disqualification.
e. Common Projekts is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the contest.
f. The decisions of Common Projekts regarding all matters relating to this contest are final and binding.
7. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Common Projetks from any liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
8. Privacy
a. Any personal data provided in connection with this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
b. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described herein
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NY, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising in connection with this contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York City, and each entrant hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Force Majeure
Neither Common Projekts nor its affiliates shall be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, or any other events beyond its control.
12. Instagram Acknowledgment
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, participants agree that they are providing information to Common Projetks and not to Instagram.
