A minimal brutalist practice. We design buildings where the structure does the talking: material, light, and load, left visible. Everything else has to earn its way in.
Common Projekts is a New York architectural design firm. We work on homes, renovations, and commercial spaces, and we keep coming back to the same two questions: what is this space actually made of, and what does it want to be without the decoration?
The work draws on a long lineage: precision in the joint, restraint in the light, weight worn without apology. Not as reference, but as a standard for rigor.
