Full interior architecture for a Greenpoint townhouse — a multi-room scope that runs from the kitchen and powder room to a pair of lounges, including a cork-lined listening room.

The material story does the work here: a breeze-block facade, clay plaster and tadelakt on the walls, cork, and white oak throughout. Sliding shoji-style doors split the living spaces; reeded glass keeps the entry private. In construction now.
