Gut renovation of a Williamsburg house: the top two floors become the family's home, with a rental unit at grade. New stair, reworked front and rear facades, a switch from oil to gas, and new windows throughout.

A later phase turns the backyard shed into an art studio. The construction set is finished and heading to the DOB, with general contractors bidding the work.
