001 — Townhouse Renovation
A full gut renovation of a three-story Greenpoint townhouse, converted from a three-family rental into a single-family residence. The scope covered every system — structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing — alongside a complete interior rebuild from framing to finish.
The approach stripped the building to its bones and rebuilt with clarity: open floor plates on the primary living levels, a restrained material palette of white oak, concrete, and blackened steel, and a strong vertical connection through the stair that anchors the full 3,400 square feet.
The exterior envelope was re-clad and the rear yard reorganized to bring light deep into the plan. Millwork throughout was custom-designed and fabricated to fit the specific geometry of each space.
