A full gut renovation of a three-story Greenpoint townhouse, converted from a three-family rental into a single-family residence. The scope covered every system, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, alongside a complete interior rebuild from framing to finish.

We took the building back to its bones. What went back in: open floor plates on the main living levels, a tight palette of white oak, concrete, and blackened steel, and a stair that runs the full height and ties all 3,400 square feet together.

The exterior envelope was re-clad and the rear yard reorganized to bring light deep into the plan. Millwork throughout was custom-designed and fabricated to fit the geometry of each space.
