The Common Projekts app is the private client portal for clients of the Common Projekts architectural design studio. It gives you a single place to see your project’s latest update and next steps, chat with the studio, review selections, track budget, and stay current on what’s happening between meetings.
The portal is invitation-only. Clients are added by Common Projekts staff once the studio has been engaged. If you do not yet have an invite and would like to work with us, please use the contact page.
If you already have an account and run into a problem with the app, the fastest way to get help is to email the studio directly, every message goes straight to David.
Frequently Asked
Portal accounts are created by the studio for active clients. Once your project is set up, you will receive an invitation by email with a sign-in link. If you are interested in working with Common Projekts but have not yet been onboarded, please use the contact page.
Open the app and tap Email Magic Link, then enter the email address your invite was sent to. You will receive a one-time sign-in link in your inbox. Open it on the same device to complete sign-in. If you do not see the email, check spam, or email david@commonprojekts.com and we will resend it.
The portal is invitation-only, accounts must be created by the studio before sign-in works. If you believe you should have an invite, email david@commonprojekts.com with the email address you are trying to use.
Inside the app, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is permanent and removes your authentication record and the personal data linked to it. Project content you contributed (chat messages, selection comments) may be retained in anonymized form so the project record remains coherent for the rest of the team. To have that content removed as well, email david@commonprojekts.com. See the privacy policy for details.
Each permission is requested only when you use the feature that needs it. Camera and microphone are for capturing job-site photos and short videos inside the chat composer. Photo library is for attaching existing images and videos. Calendar is optional, used only when you choose to add a project task’s due date to your iPhone calendar.
Open the iPhone Settings app → Common Projekts → Notifications, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. If notifications are enabled there but you still do not receive them, sign out and back in inside the app to refresh the device token, then email us if it persists.
