Interior renovation of a Greenpoint apartment. 900 square feet — kitchen, bath, floors throughout, and custom millwork designed to the specific dimensions of the space.

The kitchen was the primary architectural move: a long run of custom white oak cabinetry with integrated appliances and a concrete countertop that reads as a single material plane. Upper storage is minimized — the wall is left clear above the counter line.

The bathroom was rebuilt entirely in large-format stone tile with flush custom joinery. Floors throughout the apartment are wide-plank white oak, unifying a space previously broken by mismatched finishes.
